OK. Give the government your thumbprint.
Now, what in the world is going on there? Illinois residents are already being prepared for a 50% increase in their income tax and now they won't be able to sell their home unless they provide the Government with their thumbprint.
Does this make any sense?
You can enter the country from somewhere else - but they can't take your fingerprints. Why in the world is the Illinois government making you do this? Is it so they have a good track on you? Can you say, "Invasion of privacy"? Can you say, "Unreasonable search and seizure"? Can you say, "Gun ban next"? Oh, I forgot. It's Illinois. The gun ban thing is almost there anyway.
Why are people letting the Government get away with this? Why are they giving the Government more and more power ever day?
