Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee is really confused

As a follower of the blog Redstate, I sometimes wonder why normal American citizens can become enamored of certain politicians.

Here in Houston, we have a Representative who seems to get re-elected no matter how ignorant they appear. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee recently spoke to the House about the two Vietnams. She spoke of the 58 thousand US causalities, how the two countries (North and South Vietnam) managed to get along, etc. You can see her video-tape at Redstate.

Amazing how such a far-left politician can have no sense of real history. I'm sure we all know that, in fact, Vietnam is only one country today and has been since 1976. I'm sure we all know that South Vietnam fell after a Democratic-controlled Congress shut off funding for the South Vietnam government. I'm sure we all know that she spoke of Vietnam as if she had a clue about what she was saying.

I am beginning to think that our far-left, Socialist party of Obama either have NO clue about the real history of the US or that they don't CARE about the truth. Actually, I do know. They neither CARE nor have a CLUE!
